Drifting Designs is a site dedicated to providing free graphics, including wallpapers, avatars, banners, layouts, and anything else. Here you may claim the Avatars, Banners, Wallpapers, and Layouts, including Neopets Layouts. You are also very welcome to visit our tutorials on Web Coding and Graphics.
Yada yada yada, it's been so long since I last updated anything, I know. What else is new?
For those that still stick around and want updates, I'm really sorry because I have none. I've just run out of time with things. Mostly school, and some new recreational stuff I've picked up in the past couple months. The usual. :)
I've been thinking of the future of this site. I mean, I'm not putting enough time into it as I think I should to keep it up and running. But I also think that taking this whole site down would be a waste, too, considering how much I invested in it the past two years. Honestly, though, I'm very sure that I won't have the time to keep this site up while the school year lasts. My plans of right now are to keep the site in a sort of hiatus until June, and then I'll do some complete changes, some remodeling, redesigning, clean up, just to freshen this whole site up and make it something brand new. Looking around, I can see that a total makeover is needed. I'm also considering to change this site from a graphics-service one to a much more personal portfolio site, since I've long ceased doing graphics for other people and am now focused on my own interests.
My specific plans of right now are to make a new, cleaner web layout. I used to love the look and color scheme of this current layout, but I've grown up, I guess, and am leaning to something more professional. I'm also going to be deleting all the old artwork that I don't like and replacing them with new, better artwork. I'll also remove some categories, like Posters and Avatars, that I'm not into. In fact, I'll probably delete everything and leave just the layouts, which are pretty much the only thing that I really enjoy making.
Basically, I plan to shrink and personalize the site. But all these changes aren't going to come until summer I bet, from the look of things. In the mean time, enjoy the site while it's still big and messy and unorganized! :)

Wow, it's been such a long time since I updated. Someone e-mailed me trying to mind control me and make me update. =D Well, here I am.
I've been incredibly busy, especially since school started again. I don't have any new layouts to post up, unfortunately. I expect that I'll be able to post more once Thanksgiving comes around. Sorry for the delay. Life caught up with me, as usual. But I will post up any layout that I happen to make.
One thing to note: I think I'll be making a new layout for this site. This current one is getting kind of old to me, and it's a bit messy. I want a cleaner, more professional look, with different colors. I'm not sure when I'll be able to make a new one and then transfer it over. Probably it won't be in another few months, at the rate I'm going.

I have seven banners today. Five are from the Pirates of Caribbean, one from the Lord of the Rings, and one featuring Orlando Bloom. I'll try to have some graphics another than banners up soon!

Hey everyone, I'm so glad to be on the staff for Drifting Designs! I hope you enjoy my art, as well as Claris' beautiful layouts!
I'm starting with eight Lord of the Rings banners. They're also good examples of my general style, which is very smooth and glowy, I suppose. Hope you like them!

Drifting Designs has a new staff member: Kelsey! She'll be taking over much of the Graphics section, which really does need to be updated with new things. For months, I've neglected the Graphics section of the site while concentrating exclusively on Tables Layouts. But Kelsey will most likely bring things back into balance. =) You'll be seeing some of her artwork soon once they're posted. Her artwork will replace much of the older stuff, which I consider to be obsolete, since some of them are years old. Most of them don't fit my standards of quality anymore, anyway. =) I'll be removing most of them completely from the site so that we can start fresh again with new artwork.

And here's Tables Layout #26, "Coming Undone." It's the same kind of style as my past few. It looks as if I'll be sticking to the same style for a while more, since I like it so much.

Hey everyone! I am so sorry about the lack of updates - it's been almost two months, hasn't it? I've been unbelievably busy since my last update - outside matters have busied and stressed me out. But summer is now here, so I'll be able to update more and add more layouts! I'm excited myself. =D
The lack of updates worried me myself! It got me thinking that this site has a lot more promise than if I run it alone. It deserves more than my scarce, sporadic updates and graphic additions. So I've been thinking that I should get a few people to join the staff of Drifting Designs and just help me run and develop it.

Again, I'm so sorry for the lack of updates! For all those that have continued to visit the site, thanks so much for keeping the site alive! I have records of many people still viewing the layouts and such. Thanks for the support, and sorry for the short hiatus!

I'm sorry that I haven't updated in about a month. I've been incredibly busy, and will most likely remain that way for the next month or so. I might be able to get a layout up some time, though, if I can. But anyway, thanks to those who continue to visit. =)

And here's another Tables Layout. It's pretty similar to the last ones - similar in style, color scheme, and literal layout. The ones I've been doing so much lately have been this dark-brown-mixed-with-bright-colors color scheme with an overall vintage-ish, vibrant, and melancholy look. I've also been using pictures from the same photographers. You'll probably be seeing more of this pattern in style, since I really like the look and love making it.
Anyway, the latest one is called "Falling So Deep."

I've finished yet another Tables Layout. (I've been devoting so much time to Tables Layouts and have been neglecting Divs and especially Frames and Pop-Ups.) It's based on the amazing artwork of Kamil Vojnar again. Hope you like it!
